The Junkyards, Willets Point, Queens, 2019 – In 2013 the city sold 23 acres of land, in the IronTrangle section of Queens, for a single dollar, to build a mall/retail complex – in the age of Amazon. There were 23 acres of shops, salvage yards and iron works and many workers – one third of the IronTriangle. I shot it for seven years – every shop, owner and worker – in an all-immigrant blue-collar co-op world – until there was nothing left, but brownfields and toxic lagoons.

We will finish the job in 2024, when D.T. will be elected for the third time to be your Leader. I hold a bible, upside down with my hand, and swear, I will, once and for all, drain the swamp for good. Even though I could be running my businesses, one of which is a gold-plated patriot assualt rifle company that is doing very well, and, frankly, making a fortune, but I love America, and it needs to be great again and again. But, first, we must eliminate the bad people.
The only way to finally drain the swamp, is to go in, find its source, pull the plug, fill it in, and, perhaps, redevelop it, using emminent domain, into a hotel with the Leader’s name on it, a shopping mall or both. A lot of people don’t know this, but Lincoln was a Republican, and, as we know, D.T. became the greatest president since Honest Abe. Give him a couple of years and he could easily be the greatest American president of all time, if he’s not that already, which is a result of the liberal socialst radical media colluding with Democrats and R.I.N.O. turncoats, with their fake news, denying our greatness.
