Take a piece of metal off an appliance, bolt it to some board, then spray paint the infamous line, “Do Not Cut the Grass.” It’s a primitive but effective form of communication in the decayed urban environment, it infoms the city that the owner will take care of cutting the grass, and avoid a large bill from the city.
