BRONX TRAIN STATION Epigrams Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor runs on the tracks below the train station, and, in the background, the No 6 train runs down Westchester Avenue at the Bronx River where Longwood, Soundview and Hunts Point come together. The station used to service the Harlem & New Haven Line and closed in 1936. It was designed by the builder of the Woolworth Building.
