Sanford, a homeless man in East Cleveland, who lives in a car wash, creates wearable art. They are one of kind pieces meant to be worn around the neck. Sanford’s work often consists of assembleages featuring bagels. An abandoned carwash in an operating gas station/convenience store location served as a home and shop for a number of years. Haven’t seen him since 2012.
