At the center of the Feast is Saint Rocco, who, many Italians, and Italian-Americans honor.
This, of course is a time a great joy and it’s a celebration, as fireworks, music and song acompany the procession in its travels throught the neighborhood.
The staue of Saint Rocco is brought, once a year, out into the streets that surround the church named after him.
