Joe Brick, 86 years old, is a brick recycler, a rare job, that takes old bricks that are not made anymore, and restores them for use when a builder or contractor needs to match the bricks from very old homes. Joe and his friend, Howard, both of whom, i call, the Brick Brothers, plays their taps while cleaning bricks.
Joe’s primary tool is a rock hammer he uses all day long, often solo, because no one can keep up with his work schedule, in every season, open to the elements.
